Our new platform will recognize existing accounts using the phone number and email address from your existing MotorClub account. You may download the Ford’s Garage mobile app on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), or sign up on the Motor Club Sign-Up Page.
Members who have visits on their active MotorClub accounts at the time of the program change will receive a one-time reward for migrating to the new program. Plus, everyone who migrates to the new MotorClub program receives a free order of Edsel’s Hot Pretzels on us!
Make sure you are entering the email address that is registered with your Ford’s Garage MotorClub account. From the Ford’s Garage mobile app, you may reset your password by entering your email and selecting Reset Password. From the MotorClub website, select Sign In and then Forgot Password. If an account currently exists within our system, an email will be sent to the associated address with instructions on resetting the password.
You may update your account on the Ford’s Garage mobile app or MotorClub webpage. Once you have signed in to the app, click More on the bottom of the screen, then select Profile. Make sure to save your changes! On the webpage, select Edit Profile, make your changes, and click Submit. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your birthday.

Yes. A reward earned must be redeemed within 90 days of earning the reward. Points expire after 6 months of inactivity.
No problem! With the new MotorClub, you can scan your receipt or enter the receipt barcode number on the Ford’s Garage MotorClub app or website! Only visits after you have enrolled into our rewards program will count. Please note that receipts MUST be scanned within 10 days of the date printed on your receipt.
You can simply log into your Ford’s Garage MotorClub app or view your MotorClub account online to view and access your rewards.
There are three ways to redeem your banked reward once you have at least 150 points.
Present your redemption code to your server prior to paying your bill. The reward redemption amount will be applied to all eligible items on your check. Note that redemption codes expire after 60 minutes. Any credit remaining from expired or partially used redemption codes will be automatically returned to your account.

If you would only like to use a portion of your reward, utilize the Ford’s Garage MotorClub app or website to obtain a redeem code. Any credit remaining from expired or partially used redemption codes will be automatically returned to your account. If your server uses your phone number to look up your reward, it will automatically apply the full available amount of the banked reward.
For carryout, yes – as long as you inform the server or host of your MotorClub account prior to payment or scan or enter the barcode information from your receipt. Any 3rd-party delivery orders will NOT count (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grub Hub, etc.)
Only one guest per check may accrue points.
No. Only points accrued AFTER sign up can count toward rewards.
If you have any issues with MotorClub, submit the MotorClub Inquiry Form. Please allow 72 hours to respond (Monday – Friday) and up to 2 weeks for requests to adjust your account for missing point requests.
No, they cannot be transferred and have no cash value.
