Food and beverage minimums, as well as applicable event, room, facility, activity, or buyout fees, vary by location, event date, guest count, and space reserved. Hosted food and beverages count toward the contracted food and beverage minimum, while individual guest tabs do not. A mandatory 20% Service Charge and 5% Administrative Fee will be added to all private events. The 20% Service Charge supports team member compensation and service-related labor costs associated with your event. The 5% Administrative Fee is retained by the company to cover planning, administrative, sales, and operational expenses. Additional gratuities are optional and appreciated but are not required.
Please note the Kissimmee and Plantation locations have an additional 1% Entertainment Fee assessed by the mall. This fee is passed directly to the retail center, is not a gratuity, and is not retained by Ford’s Garage or distributed to employees.
