A mandatory 18% Service Charge and 5% Administrative Fee will be added to all private events. The 18% Service Charge supports team member compensation and service-related labor costs associated with your event. The 5% Administrative Fee is retained by the company to cover planning, administrative, sales, and operational expenses. Additional gratuities are optional and appreciated but are not required.
