Our servers and bartenders are compensated through a commission-based program that results in average hourly earnings above industry benchmarks. Additional gratuity is accepted, but NEVER expected. A 1% Entertainment Fee is assessed by Sunset Walk. This fee is passed directly to the retail center, is not a gratuity, and is not retained by Ford’s Garage or distributed to employees.
