MELBOURNE, FL (July 26, 2024) – Ford’s Garage, the go-to, burger-and-brew joint where timeless comfort food comes with a hearty side of Americana, is opening a new location in the fast-growing entertainment and professional hub of Viera. The 9,300-square-foot restaurant, located at 5480 Lake Andrew Drive in Borrows West Park, is poised to be one of the hottest spots in the trend-setting lifestyle center near Melbourne.
Ford’s Garage is part of a nationwide group of restaurants exclusively licensed to use Ford Motor Company branding and memorabilia to evoke the look and feel of a 1920s service station. The décor includes vintage vehicles, fixtures and gas pumps. Servers wear mechanic shirts, blue shop towels are used as napkins and bathroom sinks are made from tires and fuel pump nozzles.
Nostalgia brings diners to Ford’s Garage, but it’s the menu that keeps them coming back. Burgers are made with Black Angus beef or are available in a vegetarian option. They are served with all-natural aged cheeses, fresh toppings and flavorful sauces on artisan buns branded with the Ford’s Garage logo. The satisfying selection of burgers include the unique Burgers of Fame, named after influential individuals and organizations in the community.
The new Ford’s Garage is in the heart of the Space Coast, enabling guests to watch rocket launches from its porch in Borrows West Park, the newest multi-use development project in Viera. Planned to be an economic hub for Brevard County, the lifestyle destination will be a social and professional gathering place, with an array of waterfront dining venues, entertainment attractions and retail destinations, along with corporate and professional offices, a hotel and multi-family residences.

Beer-lovers can top off their meal with a large selection of beers including drafts, with an emphasis on local breweries. The restaurant also serves wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic options.
Ford’s Garage Viera accommodates 272 guests, including 206 in the dining room and 66 outside. Pick-up is available, and delivery is offered through DoorDash and Uber Eats.
