New restaurant features seating for more than 250 guests, indoor and outdoor bars
Ford’s Garage, the neighborhood burger and craft beer restaurant inspired by the heritage of the Ford Motor Company, is now open in Boynton Beach. The opening coincides with the 123rd anniversary of Ford Motor Company on June 16.
Located at 365 N. Congress Ave., the new standalone restaurant spans approximately 7,500 square feet and offers seating for more than 250 guests across its indoor dining room and outdoor patio. Guests can enjoy a full-service bar both inside and outside, along with Ford’s Garage’s award-winning burgers, signature appetizers, craft beers and cocktails, and elevated classic American favorites.
Known for its immersive automotive-themed atmosphere, Ford’s Garage combines vintage service station décor, Ford memorabilia and interactive design elements with a chef-driven menu featuring 1/2lb. Black Angus Beef burgers, like the Estate Burger made with smoked Gouda cheese, sweet red onion marmalade, arugula, fried onion straws and white truffle bacon aioli served on a brioche bun; premium entrees like Simply Grilled Salmon and Chicken Henry with Chardonnay lemon butter sauce, goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes served with a choice of two sides; shareable appetizers like Famous Firestone Shrimp and the Giant Funnel Tower of Piston Onion Rings; plus an extensive selection of craft beers and cocktails.

Guests can also enjoy All-American Weekday Value Meals, available Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., featuring an entrée and drink starting at $10.99 and drink specials all summer long. In addition, the restaurant is serving its limited-time Great American Cookout menu, featuring BBQ-inspired favorites such as the Ford’s BBQ Trio and Highway 101 Burger, along with seasonal beverages and summer desserts.
The Boynton Beach restaurant marks the 23rd Ford’s Garage location in Florida for 23 Restaurant Services, which opened the first Ford’s Garage in Fort Myers in 2012 and remains the brand’s largest franchisee.
In addition to dine-in service, the restaurant offers takeout and delivery through Uber Eats and DoorDash. Guests can visit seven days a week, with hours of operation from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
